A critical look at the synergies4VET tools
The ENAIP Veneto International Department reviewed the first synergies4VET project support tools during a focus group meeting, with positive results.
On 17 September 2026, ENAIP Veneto organised a focus group with staff from its International Area to review three tools developed within the synergies4VET project: the Adaptation Methodology, the IPR Foundations tool, and the Source Pre-Assessment Tool.
Twelve Project Managers and Project Officers experienced in European projects took part. After individually exploring the tools, participants shared their observations in a group discussion and completed a feedback questionnaire, achieving a 91.7% response rate.
The Adaptation Methodology and IPR Foundations tool both received average usefulness scores of 4.45 out of 5, with clarity ratings of 4.27 and 4.36 respectively. The Source Pre-Assessment Tool received a usefulness score of 4.18 out of 5, with participants' confidence in applying it independently averaging 4.00 out of 5.
This is a first interim result; the testing process will be ongoing in the other project partner focus groups.
