GICC presents synergies4VET at the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF)

The Thessaloniki International Fair take place in Thessaloniki from 5 to 13 September, and colleagues from GICC present the synergies4VET project to the public.

This long-established event will celebrate its 90th edition and its 100th anniversary in 2026, and the Greek-Italian Chamber of Commerce traditionally uses the fair as a platform to promote international cooperation. Through the synergies4VET project, the Greek-Italian Chamber of Commerce (GICC) is presenting concrete approaches at the fair for modernising vocational training in the hospitality and tourism sectors. 

At the fair, the GICC is demonstrating how digital training programmes that have already been established and adapted can be implemented in Greek companies. The aim is to integrate new digital and flexible learning resources directly into day-to-day regional working practices. 

In addition to digital skills, content on sustainable practices in the hospitality sector is being presented and is attracting keen interest from trade visitors.
