Why starting from scratch
The synergies4VET project team published on EPALE a Blog statement about the synergies4VET project work. This should be food for thought for developers of digital learning applications – and for anyone looking to reuse publicly funded project results in new contexts.
For developers of learning applications, the benefit lies not only in the concrete HORECA content of synergies4VET, but in the possibility of applying the underlying procedure to their own reuse scenarios for project results: a needs assessment first, then rights clearance, then documented rebuilding, then distributed responsibility for the adaptation.
The synergies4VET process model model is relevant beyond the HORECA and VET context because it can solve a structural problem that arises in every funding ecosystem.
